What “Endless” means
Your plan runs at full speed until you reach its allowance. After that it does not stop, and it does not start charging you more: it keeps working at a reduced speed until your next billing date. Calls and texts are unaffected, and so is anything already paid for.
MNT Basic is the one exception. It is a capped plan, so data stops at 2GB rather than slowing down.
The parts people only notice when they are missing.
eSIM
Activate digitally with no plastic and no waiting. Run a work number and a personal number in the same phone, and add a local data eSIM when you travel.
Wi-Fi calling
When the signal is thin and the Wi-Fi is not, calls and texts go over the Wi-Fi instead. Nothing to turn on at our end.
VoLTE
Calls over 4G, so they connect faster and sound closer to the person you rang.
Roaming, on request
Added to your plan whenever you ask. Take your number overseas, or keep it live and add a local eSIM for data at your destination.

Do I keep my number when I switch?
Yes. That is the normal way to do it. You will get a security text from 2542 asking you to approve the move, and there is no porting fee.
What happens when I use up my Endless data?
Nothing stops and nothing extra gets charged. The connection keeps going at a reduced speed until your next billing date, and calls and texts carry on as normal. MNT Basic is the exception: it is capped, so data stops at 2GB.
Where do I find my ICCID for an eSIM?
On an iPhone it is under Settings, General, About. On Android it is under Settings, About phone, SIM status. It is usually 19 or 20 digits and starts with 89.
Should I cancel my current plan first?
No. Leave it running. Cancelling early can stop the transfer from completing.
What if I never reply to the port text?
Nothing moves. If you reply NO, or do not reply within two hours, the port is cancelled automatically. That is there to stop anyone taking your number without your say so.
