What can your office actually get?

No obligation. A person checks the line at your address and comes back with what it can carry and what it costs.

Five plans, and the speed on the box.

Every figure below is the download speed, and every price excludes GST. Unlimited data on all of them, and a static IP on any of them if you need one.

The modem, if you want one from us.

Keep the modem you have, or take the one we configure and can reach remotely when something needs fixing.

Grandstream GWN7062 router

Need a modem? Ours arrives ready to plug in

Keep the one you have if it works on fibre. If you would rather start clean, the Grandstream GWN7062 is $90 up front, which is $30 off the $120 retail price, or $5 a month to rent. We configure it before it ships, and where a fault allows it we can get into it remotely and fix the connection without anyone having to visit.

What is in the Grandstream GWN7062

  • Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax), dual band, up to 1,201 Mbps on 5GHz and 574 Mbps on 2.4GHz
  • Five gigabit ports: one WAN, one switchable WAN or LAN, three LAN
  • Dual WAN, so a second connection can take over or share the load
  • VPN built in: IPSec, OpenVPN, WireGuard, L2TP and PPTP
  • Up to 256 devices on the Wi-Fi at once
  • Coverage up to 175 metres, depending on the building
Landline and 0800 numbers

Your number is your business.

Keep the one you have, or get the one you should have had all along.

Keep your landline

Bring your 09 number across from whoever has it now. Nothing stops working.

Get an 0800 number

Free for your customer to ring. Live in days, not weeks.

Direct lines from $10

A number that rings one person straight. Less again on a broadband plan.

Cloud phone systems
3CX

Your phone system, in the cloud.

Everything a phone system in a cupboard did, without the cupboard.

No box on the wall

The system runs in the cloud. Nothing to service, nothing to lose in a power cut.

Your desk phone, on your mobile

Answer office calls anywhere, and ring out showing the business number.

An extension each

Short internal numbers. Add one when someone starts, drop it when they leave.

A menu that answers

Press 1 for sales, 2 for accounts. Answered on the first ring, every time.

Call flows you decide

After hours, at lunch, on a holiday. Ring everyone, or one after another.

Mobile, broadband and phones, one bill

Priced together, and you deal with us rather than whoever resold it to you.

Call recording

Record calls on demand or by default, for training or for a record of what was agreed.

Voicemail to email

Missed calls arrive as a voicemail in whichever inbox you nominate, so they get picked up wherever you are.

See how it works

Follow a call through it.

Press 1, 2 or 3 and watch where the call goes.

An example set-up. The names are made up; yours would be your own team.

A customer rings your number
09 2002 666or0800 NEXTEL

This is your published number. The landline you already have, an 0800, or both pointing at the same system.

Your greeting answers, first ring, every time “Thanks for calling. Press 1 for sales, 2 for accounts, 3 for support.”

This is the IVR, or auto attendant. A recorded greeting that answers instantly and sends the caller where they asked to go.

Press 1, 2 or 3 to follow that path.

Rings everyone in Sales, at once
MMiaext 101
TTaneext 102
JJordanext 103

This is a ring group. Every phone in it rings together, so the first person free picks up instead of a caller working down a list.

If nobody picks up in 20 seconds Voicemail, emailed to the whole group

This is a call flow rule. You decide what happens next, and you can set a different one for after hours, lunch and public holidays.

The phone systemPriced on how many of you there areWe quote

Every business is a different shape, so the phone system is quoted rather than listed. Tell us how many people answer calls, what numbers you have now and what you are paying, and we will come back with a figure in writing. If we cannot beat what you are on, we will say so.

What operations teams ask us.

Can we have the phone system without your broadband?
Yes. It works over any decent connection. It is simpler on one account and it costs less that way, but it is not a condition.
Can we keep our existing numbers?
Yes, including 0800 and landline numbers. They keep working through the move and you do not cancel anything with your current provider.
What exactly is a DDI?
A direct dial inwards number: a number that rings one person or one team straight, instead of going through a main number and a menu. From $10 a month on its own, and less on a broadband plan with us.
What gear do our staff need?
A desk phone, a laptop, a mobile, or any mix. The 3CX app runs on phones and computers, so plenty of teams never buy a handset. We will work out what fits before you commit to anything.
Can you run it across more than one site?
Yes. One system across every site, with extensions that dial each other wherever people are sitting.
Who do we ring when something breaks?
You reach a person in Auckland. We aim to come back to you the same day, and faults can be raised any hour through the support portal. You are dealing with us directly, not with a call centre in front of us.
