What “Endless” means

Your plan runs at full speed until you reach its allowance. After that it does not stop, and it does not start charging you more: it keeps working at a reduced speed until your next billing date. Calls and texts are unaffected, and so is anything already paid for.

MNT Basic is the one exception. It is a capped plan, so data stops at 2GB rather than slowing down.

Home broadband. Five plans, steady to frankly absurd.

Unlimited data on all of them, with no fixed term, no joining fee and no termination fee.

Three steps, and one of them is a text.

You do not cancel anything. Leave your current plan running until the transfer completes, because cancelling early is the one thing that can stop it.

  • Tell us your number, your address and who you are with
  • Reply YES to the security text from 2542
  • We handle your old provider, with no porting fee

9Plans to choose from

Four mobile and five fibre, all with the price held.

Before you move your number.

Do I keep my number when I switch?
Yes, and that is the normal way to do it. You will get a security text from 2542 asking you to approve the move, and there is no porting fee.
Should I cancel my current plan first?
No. Leave it running. Cancelling early can stop the transfer from completing, which is the single most common reason a switch stalls.
Is unlimited really unlimited?
No traffic shaping and no throttling. Fair use means the usage patterns of 99% of customers, checked monthly. If your usage starts affecting other customers we ring you and work it out, and nothing changes on your connection without that call.
Can I use the modem I already have?
Yes, as long as it works on fibre. If you would rather start clean, the Grandstream GWN7062 is $90 to own or $5 a month to rent, set up by us before it ships.

One text, and it is done.

Tell us what you are moving. We will check what your address can get, confirm the price, and handle your old provider from there.
